The Three Principles: A New Paradigm
Articulated by Sydney Banks, the Three Principles explain how our moment-to-moment experience is created:
Thought – Shapes our internal reality; our feelings always reflect our current thinking.
Consciousness – Brings thought to life and allows us to perceive our experience.
Mind – The universal intelligence behind all life, offering wisdom, healing, and insight.
We’re not living in the feeling of our circumstances, we’re living in the feeling of our thinking. This simple truth can create profound freedom.
Why This Matters
Our wellbeing is innate. It’s not something we need to earn or fix.
Clarity, peace, and resilience are built-in. We simply lose sight of them in a storm of insecure thinking.
Thoughts are temporary. Like clouds, they pass when we don’t cling to them.
Change comes from insight, not struggle. Real transformation happens through seeing, not doing.
In essence, the Three Principles point us back to the truth of who we already are—whole, wise, and resilient by nature, regardless of our past or present challenges.
