Elite athletes face over 300% more stressors than the average person—and around 36% struggle with their mental health.
My approach begins with helping athletes reconnect to their innate mental and emotional wellbeing. This foundation creates the freedom to perform with confidence, purpose, and joy. Once this clarity is in place, I support them in achieving their goals from a place of resilience and ease.
Young People and Educators
From my first counselling role in secondary schools 25 years ago, I’ve had a deep passion for working with young people. I believe that when young people are introduced to simple, powerful psychological truths, they begin to realise that they already hold the key to their own mental health and resilience.
Since discovering the Three Principles, I’ve been re-energised and more committed than ever to bringing this understanding into schools and educational settings.
